EN spoken content → human translation from EN to FR

FR spoken content → machine (no human cleanup needed from Syncwords)

Goal is to have everything published by March 31st

To hit that, we want to provide caption pieces that are available as soon as possible

FR audio videos

Lower priority but no review of edits needed, can move forward (aim to finish by end of first week of March - March 14th
